◉ Measurements of the space

◉ You will receive 1-2 drawn design concepts with a new layout/ floor plan for the space.

◉ Detailed floor plan to scale (with one revision)

◉ Complete lighting plan with specifications

◉ Detailed Design plan specifications (includes hardware, light fixtures, flooring materials, and any other material for the space that is chosen)

◉ Paint Color Palette

◉ Up to two renderings of the space

◉ After the initial meeting time, a trades day will be scheduled where FD Design's professional tradesmen & women will come together to see the space to formulate a plan of execution for the design/remodel if necessary.
